- Custom orders must be paid for in advance. If we make it and you don’t pay for it, we can’t sell it. Please be certain of the size you need prior to finalizing your order. Once personalized, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
- Chambers Customs, Inc. will be happy to embellish garments supplied by you, our customer. However, we will not be responsible for repairing or replacing any garment not supplied by us that is damaged during the process.
- Any garment supplied by the customer with the intent of applying an image other than would be embroidered, must have tags and be unworn as well as unwashed. Products applied do not adhere well to garments once they have had detergent and/or fabric softener applied. Again, we can, but will require a signed form releasing Chambers Customs, Inc. from any responsibility if materials do not remain intact in subsequent wash cycles.
- We understand that mistakes happen but if your check is returned for any reason, we will charge a $30.00 fee to cover our expenses.
- Please bring any quality issues to our attention quickly so that they can be properly addressed in a timely manner.
