Shipping Policy
All items are customized after the order is placed. In order to meet the customization needs of our customers, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. During peak seasons (September – December) shipping times may double. We ship US Postal Service Priority Mail unless you select UPS at checkout. This option will generally get your package to you in 2-3 days from the date that it ships. If you need your order sooner, please be sure to let us know in the comments section or by phone and we will contact you to make shipping arrangements and let you know the charges.
Payment Policy
Payments are processed through PayPal, Money Order or manual credit card charge via phone. If you would like to pay by Money Order you can call and make arrangements to send a money order or select "Money Order" when placing your order online. You also have the option of ordering on line and then calling in your credit card information. To order online without placing your payment online simply select the "Email" option when you place your order.

Our business hours are Tuesday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. From September-December we are also open on Saturdays 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. If you are ordering during off hours or weekends, please call the following business day with your credit card information.

Return Policy
Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned except in the case of an error on the part of TJ’s Custom Embroidery or defective goods. Any error or return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We ask that you please review your order carefully before placing it. Please e-mail or call 217-692-2412 to let us know if there is a problem with your order. We strive to make sure we are accurate with the personalization that you request.
Privacy
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
